A great design to provide the largest solar surface area possible for the size. It’s slightly flexible meaning you can easily get it in and out of your rucksack, while the loops allow you to tie it onto the outside of your backpack to charge the A2 while on the move. And, the convenient zipped up pocket on the back ensures the battery pack will not fall out while charging. Highly recommended!

I purchased this alongside the A2 L power pack and it works very well. The unit is just larger than an A4 piece of paper which folds out to create a large solar panel which you can angle accordingly. There are holes allowing you to hang it off your backpack and charge it as you walk which I did a few times. The unit has a velcro band to hold the A2 power unit while charging keeping it out of the heat of the sun and nice and tidy. It is also lightweight and flexible making it easy to fit into your backpack when not in use.
To note: Lifepowr offered me a discount off the full price for my expedition. That said, I would have selected this kit either way so by no means has my review been influenced by the discount provided.

Did not charge my A2 in 6 hours like they claim, with normal lighting, I think you really need full sunlight for this.

I tested the output coming from the controller in direct sunlight and had readings over 1.16A at 19.1V, about 22 watt output. So well performing over spec of 20 watt. Very good performance.

Best panel I owned so far. Replaces my previous Goal Zero Nomad panel, this one is lighter, higher power and less expensive!! Thanks guys
